Locally heavy rain to the tune of 1 to 1.5 inches has fallen this
afternoon. While the heaviest rainfall is currently exiting the area
for the time being, some localized high water is possible over the
next hour or so in the typical low-lying trouble areas. Do not drive
your vehicle into areas where water covers the roadway. The water
depth may be too great to allow your car to cross safely.
