Fire Weather Planning Forecast for southeast Kansas and southwest Missouri
National Weather Service Springfield MO
306 AM CDT Tue Mar 26 2024

.DISCUSSION...

Rain has ended for the area, with drier conditions expected for the
remainder of the week and into the weekend. Cold temperatures will linger
into Thursday morning before a warming trend brings temperatures 10-15
degrees above normal for the weekend. Gusty winds with these dry conditions
may bring elevated fire danger potential late week, especially Friday.
