...The Flood Warning continues for the following rivers in Texas...

  Sabine River Near Beckville affecting Rusk, Panola, Harrison and
  Gregg Counties.

  Sabine River At Longview affecting Rusk and Gregg Counties.

  Sabine River Near Gladewater affecting Wood, Upshur, Smith and
  Gregg Counties.

  Sabine River Near Hawkins affecting Wood, Upshur and Smith
  Counties.

For the Sabine River...including Mineola, Hawkins, Gladewater,
Longview, Beckville, Logansport...Minor flooding is forecast.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Do not drive cars through flooded areas.
Caution is urged when walking near riverbanks.
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.

Motorists should not attempt to drive around barricades or drive
cars through flooded areas.

...FLOOD WARNING NOW IN EFFECT UNTIL LATE THURSDAY MORNING...

* WHAT...Minor flooding is occurring and minor flooding is forecast.

* WHERE...Sabine River near Beckville.

* WHEN...Until late Thursday morning.

* IMPACTS...At 28.0 feet, Expect considerable lowland flooding on
  the reach of the Sabine River from the Tatum through Beckville and
  DeBerry areas with flooded boat ramps, gas and petroleum wells,
  and even some low area cabins.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 8:45 PM CDT Friday the stage was 27.7 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 PM CDT Friday was 27.7 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall below flood stage
    Wednesday afternoon and continue falling to 25.8 feet
    Wednesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

* IMPACTS...At 31.0 feet, Flooding of river bottoms and lowlands
  will slowly decrease during the next several days.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 9:00 PM CDT Friday the stage was 29.8 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 9:00 PM CDT Friday was 30.4 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 25.7 feet
    Wednesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 25.0 feet.

  - At 8:15 PM CDT Friday the stage was 31.4 feet.
  - Bankfull stage is 25.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:15 PM CDT Friday was 32.1 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 28.4 feet
    Wednesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 26.0 feet.

  - Bankfull stage is 22.0 feet.
  - Recent Activity...The maximum river stage in the 24 hours
    ending at 8:45 PM CDT Friday was 25.2 feet.
  - Forecast...The river is expected to fall to 23.9 feet
    Wednesday evening.
  - Flood stage is 23.0 feet.
