...FLOOD ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL 9 PM CDT THIS EVENING...

* WHAT...Arroyo and small stream flooding caused by excessive
  rainfall is expected.

* WHERE...A portion of west central Texas, including the following
  county, Crockett.

* WHEN...Until 900 PM CDT.

* IMPACTS...Minor flooding in low-lying and poor drainage areas.
  Some low-water crossings may become impassable.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...
  - At 656 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to
    thunderstorms over western Crockett County. This will cause
    arroyo and small stream flooding. Between 1 and 1.5 inches of
    rain have fallen.
  - Some locations that will experience flooding include...
    Ft Lancaster, The Intersection Of I-10 And Highway 290, The
    Intersection Of I-10 And Highway 405 and I-10 Near The
    Crockett-Pecos County Line.
  - This includes Interstate 10 between Mile Markers 328 and 351.

    This includes the following Low Water Crossings...
    Live Oak crossing Live Oak Creek, Live Oak Road crossing Live
    Oak Creek, crossings along County Road 411 and crossings
    along The Pecos River.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood
deaths occur in vehicles.
