in Arkansas east of I49. Showers were heaviest in Carroll county in
Arkansas. Movement was to the south at around 30 mph. The average
amount where it rained last hour was less than one tenth of an inch
with maximum amounts of one tenth to one quarter of an inch.
Coverage decreased and intensity increased during the last hour. The
Tulsa area forecast for this afternoon, sunny, temperatures 71 to 77
degrees with northwest winds around 10 mph.
