WARMER AND DRIER THAN NORMAL BUT IT DID NOT EVEN RANK IN THE TOP

FOR THE ENTIRE YEAR OF 2014...SHREVEPORT RECEIVED 41.22 INCHES OF
RAIN AND A TRACE OF SNOW AND HAIL.  THE NORMAL YEARLY RAINFALL IS
