FROM SEPTEMBER 1 THROUGH NOVEMBER 30 2016, LA CROSSE REGIONAL
AIRPORT HAD AN AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 56.7 DEGREES.  THIS WAS 7.1
DEGREES WARMER THAN THE 1981-2010 NORMAL OF 49.6 DEGREES.  THIS
SURPASSED 1931 (AVERAGE TEMPERATURE OF 55.6 DEGREES) FOR THE WARMEST
AUTUMN EVER RECORDED IN LA CROSSE WI.  TEMPERATURE RECORDS DATE BACK
TO OCTOBER 15 1872.  THE TABLE BELOW LISTS THE TOP TEN WARMEST
