LATER TUESDAY AND SLOWLY TRACKS EAST WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY
ALLOWING NORTH WINDS TO DIMINISH AND SLOWLY VEER EAST TO
SOUTHEAST. STRONGER SOUTHEAST TO SOUTH WINDS EXPECTED NEXT
