Rio Grande out to 60 NM.

Seas are provided as a range of the average height of the highest
1/3 of the waves, along with the occasional height of the average
highest 10 percent of the waves.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure spreading over the area will produce
light to moderate onshore winds. Slightly stronger east winds
across the Gulf will contribute to larger swells Thursday through
Saturday. A cold front will bring a period of strong north winds
and higher seas late Sunday.
