.SYNOPSIS...OVERALL FAVORABLE MARINE CONDITIONS ARE EXPECTED THROUGH
SATURDAY IN ADVANCE OF A DEVELOPING LOW PRESSURE SYSTEM OVER THE
ROCKIES. THE LOW PRESSURE AREA AND ITS COLD FRONT WILL BE
GATHERING STRENGTH AS THEY MOVE INTO NORTHERN TEXAS SATURDAY AND
THEN INTO ARKANSAS SUNDAY. VERY STRONG WINDS ASSOCIATED WITH THE
LOW PRESSURE AREA WILL SPREAD OVER THE COASTAL WATERS PRODUCING
GALE CONDITIONS AS EARLY SATURDAY NIGHT WITH STRONGEST WINDS AND
MOST FREQUENT GALE CONDITIONS...AND POSSIBLY ISOLATED STORM FORCE
GUSTS...SUNDAY MORNING AND WELL INTO THE AFTERNOON HOURS. A SLOW
DIMINISHING OF WINDS AND SEAS BEGIN MONDAY BUT WILL BE SHORT-LIVED
AS SOUTH WINDS ARE EXPECTED TO INCREASE TUESDAY AHEAD OF ANOTHER
LOW EMERGING INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS.
