.SYNOPSIS FOR HIGH ISLAND TO MATAGORDA SHIP CHANNEL OUT 60 NM...
Moderate southerly winds are expected overnight with seas slowly
subsiding. A low but high period swell may continue through the
weekend as a front stalls inland. Winds may turn easterly Sunday
before becoming southeast again early next week.
