INCREASING WINDS. HIGH PRESSURE WILL REMAIN OVER THE REGION LATE
THURSDAY THROUGH FRIDAY BEFORE SLIDING EAST AND A PERSISTENT
SOUTHEASTERLY FLOW DEVELOPS AND STRENGTHENS OVER THE WEEKEND.
