Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 09Z...or 2 AM PDT...A 1029 MB high was
located 550 NM W of Point Conception, extending inland over the
Great Basin. A weak trough was along the SW California coast.
Gusty NE winds will increase over the nearshore waters at times
Sunday morning through Tuesday.
