Channel including the Channel Islands National Marine Sanctuary
and National Park...at 09Z...or 1 AM PST...A 1040 MB high was
centered 900 NM west of Seattle and a 992 mb low was over eastern
Nevada. Gale Force winds will continue through this evening with
dangerous sea conditions everywhere. Improving conditions expected
later Tuesday and Wednesday.
