SWELL WILL INCREASE TUESDAY BRINGING A CHAOTIC MIX OF SEAS THAT
WILL DECREASE AGAIN LATE TUESDAY EVENING. EXPECT MODERATE TO HEAVY
PRECIPITATION TONIGHT...DECREASING TOMORROW AFTERNOON. THERE IS A
SLIGHT CHANCE OF THUNDERSTORMS IN THE SOUTHERN WATERS TOMORROW
