THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN TOPEKA HAS EXPANDED THE

* FLASH FLOOD WATCH TO INCLUDE PORTIONS OF EAST CENTRAL KANSAS
  AND NORTHEAST KANSAS...INCLUDING THE FOLLOWING AREAS...IN EAST
  CENTRAL KANSAS...DOUGLAS...SHAWNEE AND WABAUNSEE. IN NORTHEAST
  KANSAS...JEFFERSON.

* FROM 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING

* A FRONT MOVES INTO THE AREA LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH
  TONIGHT...PROVIDING A FOCUS FOR WIDESPREAD THUNDERSTORM DEVELOP.
  WITH HIGH RAINFALL RATES POSSIBLE...THESE STORMS MAY POTENTIALLY
  PRODUCE LOCALLY HEAVY RAINFALL WHICH MAY CAUSE SOME FLASH
  FLOODING.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLASH FLOOD WATCH MEANS THAT CONDITIONS MAY DEVELOP THAT LEAD

  AND CLOUD. IN NORTHEAST KANSAS...BROWN...JACKSON...MARSHALL...
  NEMAHA...POTTAWATOMIE AND RILEY.

* FROM 7 PM CDT THIS EVENING THROUGH THURSDAY MORNING
