DEWITT...SOUTHERN LAVACA AND SOUTHERN KARNES COUNTIES...

AT 712 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED THUNDERSTORMS PRODUCING
MODERATE TO HEAVY RAIN ACROSS PARTS OF KARNES...DEWITT AND LAVACA
COUNTIES. RADAR ESTIMATES SUGGEST THAT 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
FALLEN FROM JUST SOUTH OF CUERO TO NEAR SPEAKS. FLASH FLOODING IS
EXPECTED TO RESULT IN LOW WATER CROSSINGS AND NORMALLY FLOOD PRONE
AREAS OF SECONDARY ROADWAYS TO BE IMPASSABLE.
