THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN SAN DIEGO HAS ISSUED A

* FLASH FLOOD WARNING FOR...
  SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY IN SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA...

* UNTIL 445 PM PDT

* AT 1247 PM PDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A THUNDERSTORM PRODUCING
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE LAKE FIRE BURN SCAR. FLASH FLOODING IS
  EXPECTED TO BEGIN SHORTLY. EXCESSIVE RAINFALL OVER THE BURN SCAR
  WILL LIKELY RESULT IN DEBRIS FLOWS. THE DEBRIS FLOW CAN CONSIST OF
  ROCK...MUD...VEGETATION AND OTHER LOOSE MATERIALS.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT MAY EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE... FOREST
  FALLS...MOUNT SAN GORGONIO...ONYX SUMMIT...BIG BEAR LAKE... HWY 38
  BETWEEN ONYX SUMMIT AND SUGARLOAF...ANGELUS OAKS...SEVEN
  OAKS...HWY 38 BETWEEN YUCAIPA AND ONYX SUMMIT...SUGARLOAF...HEART
  BAR CAMPGROUND...BARTON FLATS CAMPGROUND AND WOODLANDS.

WATERSHEDS BURNED IN 2015 WITHIN AND DOWNSTREAM OF THE LAKE BURN AREA
ARE PARTICULARLY SUSCEPTIBLE TO FLASH FLOODS AND DEBRIS FLOWS FROM
