* UNTIL FRIDAY AFTERNOON...OR UNTIL THE WARNING IS CANCELLED.
* AT 07:15 PM THURSDAY THE STAGE WAS 8.6 FEET.
* MINOR FLOODING IS OCCURRING.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 8.0 FEET.
* FORECAST...THE RIVER WILL CONTINUE TO FALL TO BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY
  TOMORROW LATE MORNING.
* AT 8.0 FEET...MINOR FLOODING BEGINS.
