  NORTHEASTERN MONTAGUE COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 315 AM CDT

* AT 122 AM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. THE HEAVIEST RAINS WERE
  HEAVIER SHOWERS WERE REGENERATING OVER NORTHEAST MONTAGUE COUNTY
  FROM NOCONA TO SAINT JO WITH RAINFALL WHERE BETWEEN ONE AND ONE
  HALF INCHES ALREADY HAVING FALLEN IN THE PAST FEW HOURS. HEAVY
  RAINS MAY RESULT IN FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND
  ROADWAYS IN POOR DRAINAGE AREAS AND OTHER  LOW LYING LOCATIONS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

HEAVY RAINS OFTEN FLOOD LOW LYING AREAS. FLOOD WATERS MAY RISE
RAPIDLY IN CREEKS...STREAMS...AND NORMALLY DRY WASHES. DO NOT DRIVE
YOUR VEHICLE INTO AREAS WHERE WATER OF AN UNKNOWN DEPTH COVERS THE
ROAD...ESPECIALLY AT NIGHT. TURN AROUND IF YOU ENCOUNTER FLOODED
SECONDARY ROADWAYS.
