* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  WESTERN FALLS COUNTY IN NORTH CENTRAL TEXAS

* UNTIL 915 PM CDT

* AT 744 PM CDT NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE METEOROLOGISTS DETECTED
  HEAVY RAIN ACROSS THE ADVISORY AREA. THE HEAVIEST RAINS WERE
  OCCURRING 6 MILES WEST OF LOTT. THE HEAVY RAIN AREA WAS NEARLY
  STATIONARY. HEAVY RAINS MAY RESULT IN FLOODING OF SMALL CREEKS AND
  STREAMS...AS WELL AS STREETS...UNDERPASSES AND OTHER POOR DRAINAGE
  LOCATIONS IN URBAN AREAS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

BE ESPECIALLY CAUTIOUS AT NIGHT WHEN IT IS HARDER TO RECOGNIZE THE
DANGERS OF WATER COVERING THE ROAD. DO NOT DRIVE YOUR VEHICLE INTO
AREAS WHERE THE WATER COVERS THE ROADWAY. THE WATER DEPTH MAY BE TOO
GREAT TO ALLOW YOUR CAR TO CROSS SAFELY.
