...A FLOOD WARNING FOR SMALL STREAMS REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 930 AM
CDT THURSDAY FOR NORTH CENTRAL RENO AND EASTERN RICE COUNTIES...

AT 455 AM CDT...RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAIN OVERNIGHT WILL RESULT IN
FLOODING OF LOW LYING AND POOR DRAINAGE AREAS...AS WELL AS LOW
WATER CROSSING. THE GREATEST RAIN LIKELY FELL JUST WEST AND JUST
SOUTH OF LITTLE RIVER...AND ALSO AROUND GENESEO.

SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
LYONS...NICKERSON...LITTLE RIVER...GENESEO AND FREDERICK.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A FLOOD WARNING MEANS THAT FLOODING IS IMMINENT OR HAS BEEN REPORTED.
STREAM RISES WILL BE SLOW AND FLASH FLOODING IS NOT EXPECTED.
HOWEVER...ALL INTERESTED PARTIES SHOULD TAKE NECESSARY PRECAUTIONS
IMMEDIATELY.

YOUR REPORT TO THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE FORECAST OFFICE.
