* URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  SOUTHEASTERN OKALOOSA COUNTY IN NORTHWEST FLORIDA...

* UNTIL 945 AM CDT

* AT 736 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR CONTINUED TO
  DETECT AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS SLOWLY MOVING
  EASTWARD OVER THE ADVISORY AREA. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT SHOWERS AND
  THUNDERSTORMS HAVE PRODUCED 3 TO 4 INCHES OF RAIN WITH ISOLATED
  AMOUNTS OVER 6 INCHES WITHIN THE ADVISORY AREA OVERNIGHT AND EARLY
  THIS MORNING. ADDITIONAL LOCALLY HEAVY RAIN WILL CONTINUE TO RESULT
  IN THE POTENTIAL FOR FLOODING OF POOR DRAINAGE AND LOW LYING AREAS...
  AND ALSO CAUSE PONDING OF WATER ON AREA ROADWAYS.

EXCESSIVE RAINFALL RUNOFF WILL CAUSE PONDING OF WATER IN URBAN
AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER POOR
DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.

NEVER ATTEMPT TO CROSS A FLOODED ROADWAY. TURN AROUND...DONT DROWN.
