  CANADIAN COUNTY IN CENTRAL OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 800 AM CDT

* AT 454 AM CDT...NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN
  THAT WILL CAUSE URBAN AND SMALL STREAM FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY
  AREA. UP TO 2 INCHES OF RAIN HAS FALLEN IN THE PAST HOUR.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE MINOR FLOODING INCLUDE
  EL RENO...YUKON...CONCHO...MUSTANG...PIEDMONT...UNION CITY...
  OKARCHE AND CALUMET.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE ELEVATED LEVELS ON
SMALL CREEKS AND STREAMS...AND PONDING OF WATER IN URBAN AREAS...
HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER POOR DRAINAGE
AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...HIGHWAYS AND UNDERPASSES. ADDITIONALLY...COUNTRY
ROADS AND FARMLANDS ALONG THE BANKS OF CREEKS...STREAMS AND OTHER LOW
LYING AREAS ARE SUBJECT TO FLOODING.
