THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE IN NORMAN HAS ISSUED A

* FLOOD ADVISORY FOR...
  WESTERN CUSTER COUNTY IN WESTERN OKLAHOMA...

* UNTIL 1015 PM CDT

* AT 719 PM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED HEAVY RAIN DUE TO
  THUNDERSTORMS. RADAR ESTIMATES THAT UP TO TWO INCHES OF RAIN HAVE
  ALREADY FALLEN IN ABOUT ONE HOUR JUST SOUTHEAST OF HAMMOND. THIS
  HEAVY RAIN WILL CAUSE MINOR FLOODING IN THE ADVISORY AREA.

* SOME LOCATIONS THAT WILL EXPERIENCE FLOODING INCLUDE...
  ARAPAHO...HAMMON...CUSTER CITY...BUTLER...FOSS RESERVOIR...
  MOOREWOOD AND STAFFORD.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

EXCESSIVE RUNOFF FROM HEAVY RAINFALL WILL CAUSE FLOODING OF SMALL
CREEKS AND STREAMS...URBAN AREAS...HIGHWAYS...STREETS AND
UNDERPASSES AS WELL AS OTHER DRAINAGE AREAS AND LOW LYING SPOTS.
