WEST THROUGHOUT THE PERIOD. SURFACE WINDS WILL GENERALLY BE LIGHT
AND VARIABLE THROUGH SUNDAY. TRANSPORT WINDS DURING THE PERIOD WILL
BE OUT OF THE WEST RANGING FROM 10 TO 15 MPH. MIN RH VALUES
SATURDAY WILL RANGE FROM 25 TO 30 PERCENT. SUNDAY WILL BE SLIGHTLY
DRIER WITH MIN RH VALUES RANGING FROM 20 TO 25 PERCENT.
