ACROSS THE REGION THIS AFTERNOON INTO THE EARLY EVENING HOURS. OVERNIGHT
CLOUDY SKIES AND VERY MOIST CONDITIONS WILL PREVAIL WITH FOG AND LOW
CEILINGS POSSIBLE ACROSS THE NORTH. RAIN CHANCES WILL REMAIN HIGH ON
MONDAY WITH A TAP OF TROPICAL MOISTURE DRAPED OVER THE REGION AND LIGHT
