.DISCUSSION...
Soils and ground fuels should remain slightly saturated due to recent rainfall but
fine fuels will begin to dry. RH values will recover overnight but will fall
again to around 40 percent on Thursday. Winds will become light and variable
overnight before becoming onshore and strengthening on Thursday.
