National Weather Service Saint Louis MO
417 AM CST Tue Feb 28 2017

.DISCUSSION...
Gusty southerly winds will bring increasing moisture and record
or near-record high temperatures for this afternoon. Scattered

across the region. Cooler weather and gusty northwest winds will
occur on Wednesday in the wake of the cold front. Minimum relative
humidity values on Wednesday afternoon will be around 30 percent
across portions of southeastern Missouri.
