.DISCUSSION...

Temperatures will warm above normal Tuesday, and stay that way into
next weekend.  Minimum RHs will drop to 15-20% over portions of the
Permian Basin, Upper Trans Pecos and Rio Grande Valley Tuesday
afternoon, and over the Big Bend/Rio Grande Valley Wednesday, but 20
foot wind speeds will generally be less than 20 mph sustained. There
will be a slight cool off Thursday due to a passing upper
disturbance, but temperatures will rebound Friday.  Recovery will be
mainly be fair through Thursday morning.
