.DISCUSSION...
Near normal temperatures Tuesday and recent wetting rains will keep
fire weather concerns fairly low. A significant warming trend will
take place Wednesday and Thursday and min RHs will drop below 15
percent across southeast New Mexico and western portions of west
Texas. 20 foot winds will behave for most areas however winds near
20 to 25 mph across the Guadalupe Mountains Wednesday afternoon,
increasing the fire weather threat across this area. Overnight
recovery will be good to excellent tonight.
