FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR UPPER MICHIGAN
National Weather Service Marquette MI
534 AM EDT Thu Apr 27 2017

...Cold and damp conditions will continue into mid week next week...

.DISCUSSION: A low pressure system will continue to bring widespread
precipitation across Upper Michigan into this evening as it tracks
across the Upper Great Lakes. There will be enough cold air for wintry
precipitation over western Upper Michigan today to cause
some ice accumulations on trees and elevated objects. Mainly dry
weather will return Friday into Saturday but more widespread
precipitation will arrive late in the weekend and last into Tuesday.
Temperatures will continue to be below normal and there could be a
rain and snow mix at times especially at night and during the morning
hours Sunday through Tuesday.
