.DISCUSSION...

Pressure gradient to tighten up today in advance of tonight`s fropa.
Despite the higher winds, min rh values should stay above 40%.
As the boundary moves across the area this evening, showers and
thunderstorms are expected, a few may be strong to severe to the east
of i-24. Otw, colder temps will move in late and it will remain cold
on Saturday.

A warming trend will follow with rain chances continuing through much
of the extended period.
