FIRE WEATHER PLANNING FORECAST FOR WEST VIRGINIA
NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE CHARLESTON WV
741 PM EDT SUN APR 20 2014

.DISCUSSION...
HIGH PRESSURE...AND A VERY DRY ATMOSPHERE IN PLACE...WILL CONTINUE
TO PROVIDE FOR A CHILLY NIGHT TONIGHT...AND WARM AFTERNOON ON
MONDAY. DESPITE THE WARM TEMPERATURES...CLOUD COVER WILL GRADUALLY
INCREASE ON MONDAY...AS A COLD FRONT AND ASSOCIATED PRECIPITATION
APPROACHES FROM THE WEST.

A SHOWER OE EVEN A THUNDERSTORM COULD SNEAK INTO THE MIDDLE OHIO
VALLEY FROM THE WEST MONDAY EVENING. OTHERWISE THE CHANCE FOR
SHOWERS INCREASES OVERNIGHT MONDAY NIGHT...AND ARE MOST LIKELY EARLY
TUESDAY MORNING THROUGH MIDDAY TUESDAY...WHEN A THUNDERSTORM IS
ALSO POSSIBLE. THE COLD FRONT CROSSES MIDDAY AND AFTERNOON
TUESDAY...FOLLOWED BY SEASONABLY COOL WEATHER FOR LATE APRIL...AS
HIGH PRESSURE BUILDS INTO THE AREA ON WEDNESDAY.

ANOTHER FRONTAL SYSTEM BRINGS SHOWERS OR THUNDERSTORMS FRIDAY. HIGH
PRESSURE BUILDS NEXT WEEKEND.
