OVER THE MOUNTAINS TOWARDS AROUND 5 PM THIS THURSDAY AFTERNOON. LITTLE
CHANGE IN THE PATTERN THROUGH FRIDAY. MORNING INVERSION WILL BREAK
AROUND 11 AM. UPPER LEVEL WINDS INCREASE A LITTLE FOR BETTER MIXING
