.DISCUSSION...

A strong low pressure system over Kansas will spread more cloud
cover into the area today. These clouds will keep temperatures
just a bit cooler in the upper 50s across west central Minnesota
and the southern valley as compared to further north and west.
Light east/northeast winds this morning will gradually increase
to 10-15 mph this afternoon with relative humidity values dropping
into the 20 to 30 percent range.
