A STRONG CLIPPER SYSTEM WILL PROGRESS ACROSS THE AREA TONIGHT...
PROVIDING VERY CHANGEABLE WEATHER OVER THE NEXT 24 HOURS. LOW
PRESSURE WILL STRENGTHEN AND MOVE SOUTHEAST OF THE BURN AREA
DURING THE OVERNIGHT. SOUTHERLY WINDS WILL INCREASE TODAY...
WITH SMOKE DISPERSION EXPECTED TO IMPROVE AFTER NOON AS THE
MIXING DEPTH INCREASES.  WINDS WILL SHIFT SHARPLY TO THE
NORTHWEST BY MID EVENING...AND BECOME VERY STRONG AND GUSTY THE
LATTER HALF OF THE NIGHT. IT IS LIKELY THAT SOME LIGHT MIXED
PRECIPITATION WILL DEVELOP BY EARLY EVENING...WHICH WILL CHANGE
TO SNOW BEFORE ENDING AFTER MIDNIGHT. BRISK NORTHERLY WINDS
WILL CONTINUE ON WEDNESDAY...BEFORE DIMINISHING WEDNESDAY EVENING.
