.DISCUSSION...COOL WEATHER AND MOSTLY SUNNY SKIES TODAY WITH A FEW
CLOUDS DEVELOPING DURING THE AFTERNOON. WINDS AT IGNITION TIME
WILL BE OUT OF THE NORTH AROUND 10 MPH. WIND WILL SHIFT FROM THE
NORTHWEST AND INCREASE TO AROUND 15 MPH AROUND NOON AND CONTINUE
FROM THE NORTHWEST UNTIL THIS EVENING. SOME GUSTS MAY BE EXPECTED AS
HIGH AS 20 MPH FROM NOON THROUGH 6PM. DEW POINTS IN THE 40S TODAY
