.DISCUSSION...
A persistent southerly wind and higher humidity values near
50 percent will remain in place through today. A cold front
will move through the area tonight or Friday, and northerly winds
will be in place going into the weekend. The weekend will be largely
dry with light northerly winds and humidity values of 30 to 40
percent expected. By early next week, an area of low pressure
will impact the area with higher rain chances and humidity.
REMARKS...
1. Fog is not expected to develop tonight and into Friday morning.
2. With predominately southwest flow, we do not expect a seabreeze
today.
3. We have high confidence in winds being southwesterly at 10-15mph
from 0900-1600.
4. We are confident the cold front will make it to the site by 8am
Friday morning. Once the front passes, winds will be out of the northwest
at 10mph.
5. Winds look to turn northerly around 8-9am Friday morning behind the
cold front.
