LEVEL WINDS OUT OF THE WEST TO SOUTHWEST. LIGHT WINDS EARLY IN THE
MORNING WILL INCREASE UP TO AROUND 10 MPH IN THE LATE MORNING
AND AFTERNOON WITH HIGHER DISPERSION VALUES EXPECTED. DRIER AIR
ALOFT WILL LOWER RAIN CHANCES TODAY. ISOLATED SHOWERS AND
THUNDERSTORMS DEVELOPING ALONG THE WEST COAST SEA BREEZE WILL
PUSH EASTWARD AROUND 15 MPH ACROSS THE INTERIOR THIS AFTERNOON.
WHILE COVERAGE OF CONVECTION WILL BE LOWER TODAY...ANY STORMS THAT
MOVE ACROSS THE BURN SITE WILL HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO PRODUCE GUSTY
