.DISCUSSION...A low pressure center currently just west of the Twin
Cities will drift northeast, making for shifting winds through this
morning. While winds will generally remain north, fairly frequent
shifts in direction to S and SW may occur, with speeds generally
10mph or less. Overcast skies will persist throughout the day with
decks steadily lowering. Though occasional showers are possible by
noon, more sustained rainfall is expected by mid-afternoon and will
continue thereafter. Temperatures will remain mild today with
dewpoints likely to rise in advance of the cold front, keeping RH
values in the 50s for much of the day.

                    afternoon. Rain late in the afternoon. Chance
                    of rain near 100 percent.
