IS NOW MOVING RAPIDLY SOUTHWARD AND AWAY FROM OUR DISTRICT. A
RIDGE OF UPPER LEVEL HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD INTO THE COAST ON
TUESDAY AND RESULT IN MOSTLY SUNNY CONDITIONS AND GENERALLY LIGHT
WINDS. THE LOW LEVEL AIR MASS WILL STILL BE RELATIVELY COOL AND
MOIST...BUT THEN WITH A GRADUAL WARMING AND DRYING TREND AS THE
