.DISCUSSION... A low pressure trough will gradually sag into the region
on Friday bringing a slight chance to chance of light rain showers,
subdued daytime temperatures, with cooler overnight temperatures, and
moist humidity levels.  Prevailing winds will be out of the northwest
and breezy through the day, with occasional gusts to around 20mph (at
20 ft level) later in the afternoon and evening.   The rain showers
will struggle to bring wetting rains unless a stronger cell moves
directly over the spot location.    Wetter, cooler wetter arrives `
