SKIRTING THE AREA BROUGHT SOME ISOLATED LIGHTNING TO WESTERN
WASHINGTON EARLIER THIS MORNING...WITH LIMITED RAINFALL. AT THIS
POINT...LOOKS LIKE THE MAIN THREAT FOR LIGHTNING AT THE SCATTER
CREEK NORTH BURN HAS ALREADY PASSED. A SLOW-MOVING COLD FRONT WILL
BRING STRONGER WIND AND COPIOUS RAINFALL AMOUNTS STARTING MID-DAY
TUESDAY AND LASTING THROUGH TUESDAY NIGHT.
