PRESSURE REMAINS NEARLY STATIONARY ALONG THE SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA
COAST. AREAS OF LOW CLOUDS BELOW ABOUT 3000 FT ELEVATION WILL
CLEAR BY 1000. FOG MAY REDUCE VISIBILITY TO 1 MILE OR LESS
BETWEEN 2100 AND 3000 FT ELEVATION IN THE MORNING. WINDS WILL BE
TERRAIN DRIVEN THIS MORNING...BECOMING WEST-SOUTHWEST AND GUSTY
BY 1400 AS THE SEA BREEZE PUSHES INTO SILVERADO CANYON. WINDS
WILL WEAKEN BY 2000 THIS EVENING. GOOD HUMIDITY RECOVERY TONIGHT
WITH LOW CLOUDS AND FOG BELOW 3000 FT. MINOR WARMING AND DRYING
