...RED FLAG WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM 11 AM TO 8 PM MST
THURSDAY FOR STRONG AND GUSTY WINDS...LOW RELATIVE HUMIDITY AND A
VERY HIGH FIRE DANGER...

.DISCUSSION...Strong and gusty southwest to west winds will occur
Thursday into Friday, especially during the daytime and evening
hours, as a low pressure trough resides over the western states.
This trough will also bring cooler temperatures but no rainfall.

Although a Red Flag Warning is not in effect for the burn site
Friday, forecast wind speeds are expected to be just below
criteria. Thus, a minimal upward adjustment in wind speeds may
result in a Red Flag Warning being issued for Friday.

Sky/weather.........Partly cloudy (mid and high clouds) in the
                    morning, then mostly sunny in the afternoon.
Max temperature.....79 to 82 degs.
Min humidity........7 to 10 pct.
20-foot Winds.......Southwest winds 7 to 15 mph with gusts to 25 mph
                    until around 10 am, then southwest to west winds
                    15 to 25 mph with gusts to 35 mph in the afternoon.
