FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.4 INCH HIGH OVER JAMES BAY WILL WEAKEN AS IT
CONTINUES EAST ACROSS QUEBEC. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES OVER
CENTRAL KANSAS WILL DEEPEN TO 29.3 INCHES AS IT REACHES NORTHERN
IOWA OVERNIGHT. THE LOW WILL THEN CONTINUE NORTHEAST INTO WESTERN
QUEBEC BY TUESDAY AFTERNOON. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES
WILL DEVELOP OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS IN THE WAKE OF THIS LOW, THEN
STRENGTHEN TO 30.3 INCHES AS IT MOVES NORTHEAST TO LAKE MICHIGAN
BY WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. A 29.7 INCH LOW IS FORECAST TO FORM OVER
THE SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI VALLEY LATE WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND DEEPEN TO
AROUND 29.2 AS IT TRACKS UP THE OHIO VALLEY TO QUEBEC THROUGH THE
END OF THIS WEEK.
