THIS HAZARDOUS WEATHER OUTLOOK IS FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL IOWA.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

NO HAZARDOUS WEATHER IS EXPECTED AT THIS TIME.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...MONDAY THROUGH SATURDAY

A FEW INCHES OF SNOW MAY FALL FROM NORTHWEST TO SOUTHEAST IOWA
MONDAY NIGHT INTO TUESDAY.

WARMER TEMPERATURES WILL ALLOW FOR MELTING SNOW AND SNOWMELT
RUNOFF LATE THIS WEEK INTO NEXT WEEKEND. THIS MAY LEAD TO THE
POTENTIAL FOR ICE JAMS ON AREA RIVERS ESPECIALLY FOR AREAS NORTH
OF HIGHWAY 30 WHERE MORE RIVER ICE IS IN PLACE.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION WILL NOT BE NEEDED BUT SNOWFALL REPORTS ARE
APPRECIATED.
