OF 30 TO 40 MPH ARE ALSO POSSIBLE.

SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS THURSDAY BECOMING MORE SPOTTY AND ISOLATED
FROM FRIDAY ON. SOME HEAVY RAIN/FLOOD POTENTIAL STILL ON THURSDAY
WITH HIGHER MOISTURE AND SLOW STORM MOVEMENT.

MPH ARE ALSO POSSIBLE.
