ILLINOIS AND EAST CENTRAL ILLINOIS.

.DAY ONE...THIS AFTERNOON AND TONIGHT

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL OCCUR ACROSS PARTS OF
CENTRAL ILLINOIS INTO EARLY THIS EVENING UNTIL SUNSET. ALTHOUGH
THE THREAT FOR ORGANIZED SEVERE WEATHER IS LOW ACROSS THE AREA
TODAY...A FEW OF THE STRONGER STORMS WILL BE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING
GUSTY WINDS...SMALL HAIL...HEAVY RAINS...FREQUENT LIGHTNING AND
POSSIBLE BRIEF FUNNEL CLOUDS ESPECIALLY NEAR I-72.

.DAYS TWO THROUGH SEVEN...SATURDAY THROUGH FRIDAY

WIDELY SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS WILL BE POSSIBLE AGAIN ON SATURDAY
AFTERNOON...MAINLY ALONG AND EAST OF I-57. NO ORGANIZED SEVERE
WEATHER IS EXPECTED. THUNDERSTORM CHANCES WILL RETURN AGAIN FROM
TUESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY.

SPOTTER ACTIVATION MAY BE NEEDED THIS AFTERNOON TO SPOT POSSIBLE
FUNNEL CLOUDS MAINLY ALONG THE I-72 CORRIDOR.
