MEXICO...SOUTHWEST TEXAS AND WEST TEXAS.

ISOLATED TO SCATTERED THUNDERSTORMS ARE EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON
AND EVENING FROM THE DAVIS MOUNTAINS TO SOUTHEAST NEW MEXICO AND
THE NORTHWESTERN PERMIAN BASIN. GUSTY WINDS TO 50 MPH AND
OCCASIONAL LIGHTNING WILL BE POSSIBLE WITH ANY STORMS.
