...SQUALL LINE WILL AFFECT LOWER TEXAS COASTAL WATERS THIS MORNING...

A LINE OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS IS MOVING TOWARD THE LOWER
TEXAS COAST AT 25 TO 35 MPH AND WILL MOVE OFFSHORE OF KENEDY
COUNTY AROUND 4 AM...CONTINUING SOUTHEAST THROUGH 7 OR 8 AM. THE
BIGGEST THREATS WILL BE FREQUENT LIGHTNING...STRONG GUSTY WINDS
TO 45 KNOTS...AND VERY ROUGH SEAS IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD OF ANY
CONVECTION.

MARINERS SHOULD RETURN TO PORT AND MONITOR THIS DEVELOPING WEATHER
SITUATION.
