FLORIDA...

AT 220 PM...AN AREA OF SHOWERS AND THUNDERSTORMS WAS APPROACHING THE
WESTERN WATERS OF THE STRAITS OF FLORIDA ADJACENT AND SOUTH OF DRY
TORTUGAS. MODERATE TO HEAVY RAINFALL...LIGHTNING...AND GUSTY WINDS ARE
EXPECTED AS THESE STORMS MOVE EAST AT 25 TO 30 KNOTS.

PREPARE FOR WIND GUSTS UP TO 33 KNOTS...BUILDING SEAS...LIGHTNING
STRIKES...AND BLINDING DOWNPOURS. STAY LOW OR GO BELOW...AND MAKE
SURE ALL ON BOARD ARE WEARING LIFE JACKETS.
