  LOUISIANA OUT 20 TO 60 NM...

AT 602 AM CDT...DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED A CLUSTER OF
THUNDERSTORMS... CAPABLE OF PRODUCING WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS. THIS
THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 52 NM SOUTHEAST OF PILOTTOWN...MOVING
SOUTHWEST AT 10 TO 15 KNOTS.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

MARINERS CAN EXPECT GUSTY WINDS UP TO 33 KNOTS...LOCALLY HIGHER
WAVES...LIGHTNING STRIKES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD SEEK
