AT 1021 AM CDT...A STRONG THUNDERSTORM WAS LOCATED 44 NM SOUTHEAST OF
FAREWELL BUOY...MOVING WEST AT 15 KNOTS.

THIS STORM WILL REMAIN OVER MAINLY OPEN WATERS.

THE PRIMARY THREATS FROM THIS STORM ARE WIND GUSTS UP TO 30 KNOTS...
LOCALLY HIGHER WAVES...AND HEAVY DOWNPOURS. BOATERS SHOULD CONSIDER
SEEKING SAFE HARBOR UNTIL THIS STORM HAS PASSED.

FREQUENT LIGHTNING IS OCCURRING WITH THIS STORM.  IF CAUGHT ON THE
OPEN WATER STAY BELOW DECK IF POSSIBLE AND KEEP AWAY FROM METAL
