...THUNDERSTORMS POSSIBLE OVER THE COASTAL WATERS THIS MORNING...

A DISTURBANCE MOVING THROUGH SOUTHWEST CALIFORNIA WILL BRING
POTENTIAL THUNDERSTORMS THROUGH LATE MORNING. THUNDERSTORMS CAN
PRODUCE CLOUD-TO-WATER LIGHTNING...LOW VISIBILITY IN HEAVY
RAIN...AND GUSTY WINDS. INSTABILITY RAPIDLY DIMINISHES BY THE
EARLY AFTERNOON...ENDING THE THUNDERSTORM THREAT.

MARINERS ARE ADVISED TO CHECK THE LATEST WEATHER FORECASTS BEFORE
HEADING OUT OF HARBOR THIS MORNING.
