* WINDS: SOUTH TO SOUTHWEST 15 TO 20 KNOTS WITH GUSTS UP TO 25
  KNOTS...BECOMING WEST TO NORTHWEST 25 TO 30 KNOTS WITH GUSTS UP
  TO 40 KNOTS TONIGHT INTO WEDNESDAY.

* WAVES: 3 TO 4 FEET.

A Gale Warning means winds of 34 to 47 knots are imminent or
occuring. Operating a vessel in gale conditions requires
experience and properly equipped vessels. It is highly
