DAY AND ALLOW NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS TO INCREASE THIS AFTERNOON
AND EARLY EVENING HOURS. THE SEAS WILL BUILD CAUSING HAZARDOUS
MARINE CONDITIONS THIS AFTERNOON.
