.A COLD FRONT WILL PUSH SOUTH ACROSS THE MIDDLE TEXAS COAST
LATE THIS MORNING THROUGH MIDDAY WITH NORTHERLY FLOW DEVELOPING
IN ITS WAKE. BRIEF STRONG GUSTY WINDS CAN BE EXPECTED BEHIND THE
FRONT...THEN A MORE PERSISTENT STRONG FLOW WILL DEVELOP THROUGH
THE AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL STRENGTHEN FURTHER THIS EVENING AND
PEAK OVERNIGHT...WITH SEAS BUILDING AS THE STRONGER WINDS DEVELOP.
