.MODERATE TO STRONG NORTH TO NORTHEAST WINDS WITH HIGH SEAS WILL
PERSIST OVER THE COASTAL WATERS THROUGH MID AFTERNOON. WINDS WILL
DECREASE AND SEAS SUBSIDE FROM WEST TO EAST BY THIS AFTERNOON AS
THE PRESSURE GRADIENT RELAXES.
